Palin knows she is done, and is playing her 30%...

I dont belive that Palin is dumb enough to star in a Reality show about her family if she were really considering running for Presidnet, it does nothing but marganalize her and make her look more tabloid that she already looks.

If that is not enough to make you realize this, consider that she retains editoral control of that show and yet, the most recient episode I heard of was a mash up between her and Kate plus 8. Meaning that Kate and her family are joining Palin in Alaska for an episode, thats almost as tabloid and unpresidental as it gets!

Her supporters are gettin played.

don't over estimate her, i think she believes this will make her a brand name, keep her name well known and have people get to know her

she made a comment a week or so ago that was not at all in the negative when asked if she would run...if she had no desire to run, she would have said so

No, she wants to keep the mystique alive... she wants to keep the possability alive in the minds of her 30%, suck every inch out until she is relegated to Dan Quayle land.

She might run... Her tabliod excursions make her much less presidental.

something that's been obvious about democrats and republicans is that you always find yourselves underestimating the opposition. y'all should work on that.

I simply belive that just about anyone next to Palin, who is vacationing with Kate Gosling and allowing her entire family to be used for tabloid television, anyone next to that would look extreemly presidental.

Hell I hope they nominate her!

Jarhead, you act like Palin has announced her candidacy, and the show she is hosting on TLC is a part of her political campaign for president. I'd like to remind you, Gov. Palin has not made an announcement regarding her plans to run for president at this time. The TV show is designed to promote tourism to Alaska, her home state, which she loves dearly.

I honestly don't understand the pinhead OBSESSION with Sara Palin. It's really bizarre, and nothing rational explains it. Here is a woman you all readily admit is not qualified to even run for president, much less, get elected... and all any of you can do, is obsess on every move she makes, as if she is already running and winning the nomination!

Here's what I think... Liberals are scared shitless that Sarah Palin WILL actually run for president, and all of this publicity she has gotten, will be much to her advantage. They see her popularity with the people, they know she has the capability of generating large sums of money in a short period of time, and they fear an unstoppable juggernaut of a candidate representing the TEA Party in 2012. In light of that, we get this repeated talking point memo about how bad of a candidate Palin is, how unpresidential she is, how unelectable she is, how unqualified she is... even though she has not announced her candidacy. To paraphrase Billy Shakespeare... Methinks the pinhead doth protest too much!

You guys got GWB elected, I honestly am afraid I am giving the voter too much credit and she just might get elected, and us Democrats will have to undo another mess like we are working on now!

GWB got elected because he had the establishment GOP supporting his candidacy. I have always said, that all things being equal, had GWB been GW Smith, he would have never made it out of the primaries. Being a Bush won him the nomination, running against Gore got him the presidency. Establishment Republicans DO NOT want Sarah Palin as their candidate. In the primaries they will run scorching ads against her, smearing her name and holding her up to ridicule. Members of McCain's campaign staff, if they don't work for Palin, will talk about how little she knew and how ill prepared she is to be VP let alone President.

Merry Christmas, Dix!

There is no question that I'm scared of a Palin Presidency. I am definitely terrified about the prospect of someone like that in the Oval Office.

I also no longer question the American electorate's ability to foul up royally. I was stunned when a doofus like Bush won - absolutely stunned. And he won TWICE.

So anything can happen, and I do think Palin can win. And oh, man - what a disaster for America. Talk about putting the last nail in the superpower coffin...

Palin would likely be almost as bad as GWB, but thats hard to imagine.

I wonder if Kate Gosling would be her VP choice, they sure seem to be chummy chummy and all now that they do tabloid television together.

a highly educated guess, because not a single MSM outlet would dare propose that kind of poll.

"Highly educated" by what standard?

Are you sure "not a single MSM outlet would dare propose that kind of poll", or are we supposed to assume it's another of your guesses?
