This could cost her, her bar license at minimum and potential charges at worst.

In the ongoing pre trial motions to determine if Lindsey Halligan's appointment was not legal and if she has to be kicked and the cases against Comey and James dismissed, Pam Bondi, in an attempt to save the cases has said 'even if you find she legally cannot be US Attorney as they need to be confirmed, I will then instead appoint her to 'Special Attorney' and give her the powers to do this indictment.
Further Pam says she, as Attorney General has reviewed all the submissions Lindsey made, including all the Grand Jury material and I, Pam Bondi will stand behind that submission as accurate and fair. Pam is trying this because when she had another of her US Attorneys, Bill Essasyli, in California kicked off 3 cases, the judge in there allowed those cases to continue without him as other junior prosecutors also signed on the cases files thus those lawyers could stand behind the submission and work. So Pam is desperately trying to say to the judge 'my name is now on Lindsay's work, even if retroactively, so do not throw out the cases even if you kick Lindsey'.
But here is the big problem. The judge in trying to review this motion, including the request by the defense lawyers that the judge review all Grand Jury material to ensure honesty (something they rarely do as they typically assume honesty) demanded the ENTIRE grand jury file to review, and what Lindsey then handed in the transcript it was missing over 2 hours of time where the grand jury was in session.
It certainly appears that Trump DoJ does not want the judge to hear or read what Lindsey said to the grand jury. And if the judge insists on getting it, or then calls in the court reporter to ask where is the transcript or tape for those two hours, then Trumps DoJ either produces it or they are big, big trouble.,
If the court reporter does not have that two+ hours, that would only happen if Lindsey told her they were done for the day and sent her home, telling her she was just going to send the Grand Jury home and then she went in and spoke with them for 2 hours, gaining the Comey indictment.
Whatever happened her Bondi now owns it. She submitted to the court, she reviewed it all, including Grand Jury submissions and stands behind them all which put her as much on the hook as the other prosecutors signing Bill Essasyli submission are, which is why that case can go forward.
And while i am not saying anything will happen to her during Trump's term, the next DOJ could investigate her for charges (Trump will give her a pardon first) and she could lose her law license by being disbarred.
