A scene in the drama film Desearas (Desire), could find Netflix facing a child pornography investigation.

The graphic scene includes young girls (around seven to nine years old) “playing horse” with pillows; according to The Daily Mail, “one of them apparently brings herself to orgasm with the camera on her face.”

PJ Media says they have reported the film to not only the FBI, but the Department of Justice and to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as well, especially after a video of the scene has been making its way around Facebook.

This is not the first time PJ Media has taken on Netflix, either. In late 2017, their writer Megan Fox (who also wrote the aforementioned Desire piece) penned a critical essay of the Netflix original series Big Mouth, which she described as “little more than a pedophile’s grooming fantasy.”

User reviews of Desire on Netflix have not been favorable either, with one user calling it “softcore porn” and several others stating that it “makes no sense.”

The Netflix description of the film, directed by Diego Kaplan, reads, “A young woman arrives at her estranged sisters wedding to mend fences but falls prey to lust when she meets the groom.”

Netflix rates the film as TV-MA, which is defined by the FCC thusly: “These programs are intended to be viewed by mature, adult audiences and may be unsuitable for children under 17.”

We have reached out to Netflix for comment, but the company has yet to publicly address the situation.

SPLC co-founder accused of trying to molest step-daughter

A recently-uncovered court document from the divorce proceedings of a prominent Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) figure alleges horrific conduct on behalf of one of the most influential lawyers in America.

Maureene Dees, ex-wife of SPLC co-founder Morris Dees, filed for divorce after a decade-long marriage marred by difficulties, according to an appellant brief. The brief was filed by Maury Smith, Julia S. Waters and Charles M. Crook, attorneys for Maureene, in the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals:

According to court testimony, among other perverted sexual behaviors, Dees attempted to molest his step-daughter with a sex toy. Holly Buck was Maureene Dees’ daughter from a previous marriage.

Sweeney Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), announced today that JOSHUA ADAM SCHULTE was charged in a 13-count Superseding Indictment (the “Indictment”) in connection with his alleged theft of classified national defense information from the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) and the transmission of that material to an organization that purports to publicly disseminate classified, sensitive, and confidential information (“Organization-1”).

The Indictment also charges SCHULTE with the receipt, possession, and transportation of child pornography, as well as criminal copyright infringement. SCHULTE, who is presently detained on the child pornography charges, will be arraigned by U.S. District Judge Paul A. Crotty.

Why do DEMOCRATS want to abolish ICE?

The U.S. Justice Department (DOJ) has reported that Operation Broken Heart, a government campaign targeting child predators, in conjunction with a similar campaign run by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has resulted in the arrest of more than 2,300 suspected online child-sex offenders.

Operation Broken Heart was set up by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, which partnered with ICE and its Operation Predator. The criminal sweep occurred during March, April, and May.

In addition to the 2,300-plus arrests, Operation Broken Heart led to the identification of 195 offenders guilty of child pornography or child sex abuse, and the identification of 383 child victims of child pornography or sexual abuse, reported ICE in a statement.

The people targeted include those who “produce, distribute, receive and possess child pornography,” “engage in online enticement of children for sexual purposes,” “engage in the sex trafficking of children,” and those who “travel across state lines or to foreign countries and sexually abuse children.”

When users searched for Tom Hanks on YouTube on Monday, the top five videos all accused Hanks of being a pedophile.

NBC News was able to replicate the results both logged in and logged out of YouTube from several different IP addresses.

YouTube did not respond to a request for comment.

A naked man exposing himself to children in an Atlanta-area park was arrested after a father with a handgun helped police track him down.

The father, Tae Lovelace, said the naked man was exposing himself to his two sons and other children. He said he was at the park with his church to feed the needy.

Lovelace said he chased the man through the park while his grandmother called 911. As he was chasing him, the man jumped off a bridge into a creek.

He recorded cell phone video of the encounter to show responding officers. When police arrived, they told Lovelace to drop his gun.

"While the cop has his firearm pointed towards me, the guy gets up and runs away again and jumps in the river," Lovelace said.

Police were able to arrest the naked man, who was identified as Josten Meeler, 21. He was charged with child molestation.

Lovelace said he's glad he has a license to carry a weapon.

A popular political news outlet is unwilling to side with conservatives under any circumstance, even if the circumstance is forced child marriage.

The avowedly left wing website said that right wingers have “seized on the issue” to climb in the polls.

“In a video posted on his Facebook page, leader Jimmie Åkesson hit out at the government, saying: ‘I don’t know what there is to think about. It is, frankly, totally sick that one can’t just simply say no to something as bizarre as grown men having the right to marry children.'”

Right now, Sweden tolerates among migrants what would be considered statutory rape in the United States, claiming that child marriage is part of Islamic culture.

A worker at a nonprofit organization that houses immigrant children separated from their parents at the border has been booked on suspicion of molesting a 14-year-old girl at its one of its facilities in Phoenix, police said. Southwest Key, which operates the facility, declined to say whether the 14-year-old girl was an immigrant who was separated from her parents at the border.

Fernando Magaz Negrete kissed and fondled the girl in her bedroom at the facility on June 27 in an encounter witnessed by the girl's 16-year-old roommate, police said. They said surveillance video shows Magaz Negrete, 32, approaching the bedroom several times throughout the night, though the bedroom itself was outside the camera's view.

"When a child tells us of inappropriate behavior, we immediately call law enforcement and start an internal investigation as appropriate," Southwest Key spokesman Jeff Eller said. "That's what happened in this case. Southwest Key always works with law enforcement to bring the full force of the law to bear when it is warranted."

The nonprofit said it has fired Magaz Negrete.

A Mexican man living illegally in Springdale is accused of raping an 11-year-old girl.

Luis Mario Rodriguez-Torres, 21, was arrested Saturday (July 28) in connection with rape — a Class Y felony.

The girl said Rodriguez-Torres contacted her through Snapchat and asked her to meet him. When she did, Rodriguez-Torres wouldn’t let her leave and then raped her, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Benton County sheriff’s deputies later used Snapchat to track Rodriguez-Torres to the Cave Springs area, where he was arrested.

Deputies learned Rodriguez-Torres, a framer for the housing industry, had also used Snapchat to ask other underage girls for nude photos, according to the affidavit.

Deputies confirmed Rodriguez-Torres was living in Northwest Arkansas illegally through the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System, a national computer system operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Legal immigrant saves girls from abusers

A California girl who was trapped in a world of sex trafficking credits a South Sacramento postal worker with her rescue.

Ivan Crisostomo, a postal carrier, heard a “desperate crying” coming from behind a tree. When he looked around, he saw 16-year-old Crystal Allen.

"She started to point to her arm, saying: 'They were putting things in me. They were putting things in me. They are coming to get me,'" Crisostomo recalled Allen telling him.

She then told Crisostomo that she was able to escape her captors by jumping out of the car.

The postal worker said he stayed with the 16-year-old until authorities arrived to take her to the hospital. She is now home with her family.

Allen was drugged, tortured and abused for three months before she escaped.

"Ivan himself is a hero for saving me," Allen told FOX 40. "Even though he doesn't think it."

Law enforcement officers searching a rural northern New Mexico compound for a missing 3-year-old boy didn't locate him but found 11 other children in filthy conditions and hardly any food, a sheriff said Saturday.

Children ranging in age from 1 to 15 were removed from the compound and turned over to state child-welfare workers, Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said.

One of the men, 39-year-old Siraj Wahhaj, was jailed on a Georgia warrant alleging child abduction.

Wahhaj initially refused to follow commands and was armed with a rifle and four handguns.
