Phone Tag with Big Corporations

So I got into another one of these phone tags.... where I went from the cell phone department to the home phone department to the "one bill" department and back again...

I received another bogus "charge" on my bill.... with no explanation... In fact it was the exact same fee as my internet fee... So i calmly explained to the phone center operator that I got double billed....He agreed with me and told he me cant do anything about it but he would transfer me to another department who could do something.

So after playing phone tag with 7 operators I hanged up and called it day with no success and alot of waste time....

Dont you love big corporations...

By the way this is Bell Canada...

Which other big corporations should we stay away from?

Probably here...as damo works for ma bell...aka AT&T...never mind damo is not in sales...he is a geek with a heart!

Bell Canada may handle their own customer service; however I just learned this week that for many corporations, customer service is actually handled by a completely different company, one that provides people who talk on the phone and do who knows what?

That accounts for a call I made recently to CS at (I thought) ADT.
