"PLEASE, I can't breathe" black mans neck pinned by COPS knee, he dies-bystanders....

Ask them to CHECK HIS PULSE, as he stops moving. Best I can tell, the guy was intoxicated sitting on top a blue car "causing a disturbance". Was he armed, hurting anyone, yelling, screaming? Did he deserve to DIE?

A video posted on social media this week shows a police officer keeping his knee planted on the neck of a black man who pleaded that he couldn’t breathe and subsequently died shortly afterward.

CBS News reports that police in Minneapolis on Monday responded to a report of an intoxicated man causing a disturbance.
“Officers were advised that the suspect was sitting on top of a blue car and appeared to be under the influence,” the Minneapolis Police Department said in a statement. “Two officers arrived and located the suspect, a male believed to be in his 40s, in his car. He was ordered to step from his car.”

A video of the incident captured by bystander Darnella Frazier sh
ows that a white officer had pinned the man to the ground and had placed his knee over his neck. The black man can be heard moaning and telling the officer that he’s having trouble breathing.

“My stomach hurts,” the man said. “My neck hurts. Everything hurts… [I need] water or something. Please. Please. I can’t breathe, officer.”
The police called an ambulance for him, but by the time it arrived, he had not been responsive for several minutes.

As the man lay there motionless, bystanders begged the officers to check his pulse — and the white officer continued to keep his knee on the man’s neck.

Minneapolis, which has a far left government, and a police force just to the right of the Stasi.

It interesting how you find the most aggressive police forces in the most liberal cities.

Let’s wait for an autopsy before jumping to all kinds of conclusions. If the guy couldn’t breathe he wouldn’t be able to talk or moan at all. Given that this occurred in the 3700 Block of Chicago Ave S., in Minneapolis, it’s very possible that the guy might have died of a heart attack due to a crack OD and stress. That area is a hotbed for drug dealing, prostitution, assorted other crimes, and murders.

You have no idea how much weight the officer was putting on his neck.
It is a effective restraint tool for a combative subject.

If the man couldn't breathe he wouldn't be making any sounds.

He is obviously breathing and talking.

You have no credibility ,a known lifetime racist.

And if it comes back he had cocaine etc in his system and died of a heart attack

And if it comes back he had cocaine etc in his system and died of a heart attack
The man passed out and the officer continued to apply his knee to the man’s neck. There is no excuse for that, none! His department did the right thing firing him and criminal charges will follow.

Oh I see it's a coincidence that he just happened to die,at the same time he's handcuffed, with a cops knee, choking out his breath.
That's what you're selling?
A.yes
B.no
C.I won't have the guts to answer

dump will pardon these kops...........they are his people.
