They'll have to ask Congress to budget for the making of in-house porn. Now, that may seem costly but consider the quality of women that will attract. The truly patriotic will be more than willing to flash a little skin for Uncle Sam and the video could go up for sale to the general public. Basically, the Pentagon would be running a porn site although sufficiently detached from Pentagon files/computers.

Porn for the employees. Jobs for patriots. Revenue stream for the Pentagon. This could be a win-win-win situation.

Porn viruses are pretty easy to defeat and prevent. It'd take a dedicated porn site with a sophisticated phishing system to access a sensitive DoD system, and because of the....well pervasive nature and wide variety of porn around, it'd be nearly impossible for a site to dedicate itself to cracking into the DoD. Especially when there are other methods that are much more lucrative and simpler.
