I'm not a sports fan and I didn't watch the Super Bowl LVII or it's half time show, but something sure as hell has triggered the MAGA Republicans and their sycophants!

Its not that hard to listen to people so that you will know where they are coming from.

Only crying I’ve heard man is those losers in Philly about the end of the game holding call on the great USC wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster. (Well, and they lost in the soccer finals and the World Series three months ago.)

They almost revel in misery though. That’s Philly for you.

Not touching that one with a ten foot pole....I got enough of that back & forth with listening to siblings and relatives!
 
I may have a different take away from the game than everybody else.

But I saw two very good teams, the 2 TOP seeds play each other in a game that one had to win and one had to lose!

The Eagles won the first half- and the Chiefs won the 2nd half.

Neither one of those teams, in my opinion were any better than the other- as they are both great winning teams this year.

Neither of the Quarterbacks are any better than the other either, as they are both great winning QB's!

As good as they are, they will probably both be back in the Super Bowl together again next year!

But this year, THE CHIEFS ARE THE WINNERS- AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM!

Sadly they both played like the game did not matter, that they were winners for just being there, but the NFL did fuck up the field.

As a football game this rather sucked.
 
I notice today a lot of crowing from the WOKE along the lines "Most diverse SB ever, Suck It white people!"

That says it all.

But beyond the basic game, it seems the half time show set off a LOT of folks on the conservative side of the fence.

Yes, spray painting a football field is not a good idea. It makes the field too slick!

But the game was a good game. As for the bad calls, the NFL needs to clarify holding so that everybody understands it, and stop with confusing even the officials that can't seem to be consistent. And the same thing goes for what constitutes a catch in the NFL. Same thing goes with the automatic first downs- those should be scrapped, as the yardage should be marked off for the penalty, and the down just played over again from the new line of scrimmage.

Anytime a penalty is allowed to decide a game with two minutes left in it is ludicrous and gets a lot of people upset.

Hell, just about any team in the league can score in under two minutes these days. I saw it happen all year!

Oh well, it is the owners that come up with these stupid rules! I've seen Jerry Jones come up with some rule he springs on the league, and then loose a game and getting burned badly by that same rule the very next season! :laugh:

It's just the ones that only have race and woke on their minds.

I didn't enjoy the half time show either, but not because the performers were all black and the music was all HIP HOP!

But I didn't have to sit there and watch it. AND IT DIDN'T COST ME A DIME.

Friends of mind who are avid sports fans and are black, latin and white all said, and I quote, "That half time show stunk!"
