Can't say I agree with everything here, but it offers a truly brillant view of Conservatives and the right-wing troll culture of Trumpism.

 
Conservatives spent the last 40 years turning their brains into mush with a steady stream of lies like trickle-down, deregulation, "government is the problem", and preemptive military adventures. That made it easy for a transparent conman like Trump to fool them into thinking there was an immigration crisis only a wall could solve.

So they followed him towards that wall, and just got the ever-living shit kicked out of them for it.

It's too late for them to admit they got conned because they've gone all-in with him.

That's why we must burn the lifeboats.
 
I consider Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan to be postmodern presidents.........Trump as well........the ability to think outside the party box.........

The thing is, most of them don't even believe there is a crisis at the border. To them, it doesn't matter if Trump's claims are true or false. All that matters is that supporting him is pissing off DA LIBS.
