SCOTUS has no choice but to deal with Presidents acting as kings via EO's....something they have refused to do for decades.

He also claimed he'd lower grocery prices on Day One. I'll believe it when I see the results, not the claims.

IMO, he's simply trying to create distractions from the fact the store shelves will start emptying in a few weeks. Regardless of any deals, it will take weeks to play catch-up with the supply chain.

Trump has never passed meaningful legislation, except for a tax bill that favored the rich eight years ago in 2017.
Agreed. Every EO he's signed can be undone as easily as he did Obama's and Biden's EOs.

The main problem is a cowardly Legislative Branch that won't do it's job. Our nation needs election reform. Maybe making Reps a four year term with a four term limit for starters?

Biden actually passed the most far reaching landmark legislative agenda since Lyndon Johnson, to his credit.

Maybe that says something about having those old Senate war horses become president - they really know the system and the people.

The Senate is a problem, but I think the House is the bigger issue and the biggest stumbling block.

Due to Trump's fuck ups, that might change next year.
