He is not demented in any way. That is such crap.
The KKK thing is another flat out lie. He was friends with Byrd who many years earlier was involved in the KKK. That means nothing about Biden. I am friends with people who voted for Trump and went to rallies. I assure you that does not make me a Trumpy.
He has made an announcement after his bills. He has made many appearances.
