If you look at … all items together in the consumer price index, you'll see that they rose by 0.6 percent of a percent in the first three months of the Trump administration, compared to 0.9 percent under the Biden administration. A little bit slower, but still significant price increases. Groceries went up faster under Trump than under Biden by 1.0 percent in that quarter, which is close to a 4 percent annual rate, 0.8. percent under Biden.

Prices will continue to go up. When Trump talked about fewer dolls and pencils, his message was that Americans will not be able to live as they have. It is austerity and a lower standard of living for the masses, so the wealthy can have more. For some reason, Trumpys are good with that.

YOU are SOOOO fucking stupid even buying " AMERICAN " won't keep the prices of almost EVERYTHING you buy from going up.
It is a FACT that there are very few things that are totally " Made in America " VERY FEW.
And as we have already seen Trumps tariffs are doing harm to the American consumer and our total economy.
Auto companies moving OUT of the USA, others shutting plants down and laying off people.
Supply chain interruptions. longshoremen being laid off, truckers being laid off and trucking companies shutting down, soon there will be empty shelves , and the law of supply and demand will kick in and prices will go up even more.
And you can bet some retailers will tack on a couple of percent to the cost of good to pad their bottom line and blame it on the tariffs making the cost of good go up even more.
Farmers are saying the cost of the products they need to produce food have gone up so their prices are going to go up IF they can even stay in business and not go bankrupt.
And as the people that actually READ the news have see a lot of you MAGAS and starting to cry " I didn't vote for THIS " now that these thing are happening .
So when all Trumps BS comes back and bites you in the ass don't cry too much.
 
The cost of goods will go up by Trump's stupid tariffs. Any American company will jack its prices up to earn easy profits. There will be no price drop.
Trump ran on fixing inflation. He lied. He does not care about that, as he made plain when he talked about fewer dolls and pencils. The plan includes higher costs and less availability of goods. The American people will face austerity.
