Project 2029 the Democrat's lame attempt to do a Project 2025

Yep, the Democrats and Left have come out with their own laundry list of 'To Do" things, and it's a doozy! It's called Project 2029. It's a mishmash of the usual Leftist / Progressive vague glittering generalities, tax and spend, more government, crapola they perpetually try and foist off on the public.

Why is it lame? Is only fascism legitimate to you?

Overturn Citizens United

Feb 21
A nation that allows its democracy to be auctioned to the highest bidder is not a democracy at all. The Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision flung open the floodgates of unchecked corporate influence, drowning the voice of the people in a deluge of money. It is not enough to decry this corruption—we must act.

A government of the people must be funded by the people. When corporate dollars dictate policy, human needs are sidelined in favor of profit. Climate change is ignored, healthcare is rationed, and workers are treated as disposable. We cannot allow the wealth of the few to silence the will of the many.

Make Voting a Constitutional Right

Feb 21
A democracy that does not protect the vote is no democracy at all. Yet across the nation, barriers to the ballot box persist—voter purges, gerrymandering, ID laws, and polling place closures designed to silence the people. The right to vote should not depend on race, wealth, or ZIP code. It must be guaranteed.

The solution is clear: Make voting a constitutional right. No more state-by-state gamesmanship, no more loopholes for suppression. Enshrine universal access to the ballot in the highest law of the land.

Wealth Tax on Billionaires

Feb 21
No one becomes a billionaire alone. Every fortune is built on roads we all drive, schools we all fund, and workers who create value. Yet while the wealthy amass fortunes beyond measure, teachers buy supplies from their own paychecks, families struggle to afford rent, and hospitals ration care. This is not the price of prosperity—it is the cost of injustice.

The solution is clear: A wealth tax on billionaires. A modest tax on extreme wealth funds education, healthcare, and infrastructure—investments that lift everyone, not just the privileged few.

Like what?
Make voting a mandatory thing along with most of the stuff in the failed For the Voter's Act.

Implement apartheid

Confiscate wealth

Implement stringent gun control and confiscation

Make all illegals citizens and let newly arrived illegals afterwards become citizens.

In every case, the plan calls for government intervention, then government control. It calls for massive new taxes and implements racist policies.

Make your own statement. I ignore people who just post links.

That's what that actually calls for.

Global Self-Determination

Feb 21
A nation that values freedom must honor it everywhere. Yet for too long, U.S. foreign policy has been built on intervention, occupation, and economic exploitation—dictating the fate of others while claiming to stand for democracy. True leadership does not come through force, but through respect.

The solution is clear: End military interventions, stop economic coercion, and shift to diplomacy and reparations. Sovereign nations must chart their own course, free from foreign interference masked as aid. Peace is built not by bombs, but by partnership.

That equates in reality to wealth confiscation.

That means open borders and a One World government.

Are you a libertarian who thinks ALL taxation is theft?
No. I think reasonable levels of taxation are fair and needed, say 10 to 15% of income at most. I do think property taxes on a personal primary residence are onerous and theft.

I also think that "progressive" taxation and taxes of 50% and higher on wealth or income are onerous and theft.

Yet the rich write tax law to benefit themselves.
