Making this a poll, so everyone has a chance at voicing their thoughts; but this is really for mod consideration.

Is there anyway that Damo can make it so when someone reads a thread that those on IA don't even show up, with an IA note; ie: This message is hidden because <insert name of choice> is on your ignore list?

This would make the threads more readable and it just be enjoyable to be able to peruse a thread without having to go through dozens of the IA notifications.
