this is constant. I am in torrenting heaven right now :awesome:
 
I didn't even get 1.68M on my university connection (which had a speedtest.net speed of 100M - it was literally only limited by the ethernet). Then again, I had to do everything through a paid SSH tunnel in Canada due to copyright restrictions.

The highest I ever honestly got was like 500k downloads.
