If they can't account for it, it's because they stole it I find quite obvious. Criminals in office. Make them pay, not the tax payers. We could set them up in zoo like cages and show case them to pay for their stay and generate revenue while removing their sick and filthy lies and deceptions from legislation and give back to the community.
