QAnon “theory” asserts that America is run by a cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles, and President Trump is the only one who can stop them. This is no longer just a fringe conspiracy theory. Tens of millions of Americans follow it, including apparently a former National Security Adviser.

A "research panel" is a sampling of the greater population picked by the pollster. They are not researchers, they are researched. They may be paid, and therefore technically employees, but are often not paid. They are certainly not employees in the commonly used sense.

I am fully aware of what it is and it's a flawed way to conduct a poll as it is easily biased.
