But he won't be charged. The justice system shows leniency in these situations. For example, in the 90s, there was a story in the news about a boy who was molested by his karate teacher. The teacher was apprehended and flown to his home state, and the boy's father waited at a payphone at the airport with a pistol hidden in his jacket. As the police escorted the molester past the father, the father opened fire and shot him dead. It was even captured on video, but the father wasn't charged with anything due to the circumstances.
