As long as federal workers aren't getting paid she should not get paid either. Federal judges can't tell Congress what to do unless they are committing a crime. Congress is the Federal Judge's boss not the other way around.

So what? She was duly elected and should be allowed to perform her job immediately. She knows she won't get paid right away.
