This is another of the moronic attempts by leftist journalists to make up bullshit as they go.

It is amusing that ANY political party will not do everything they can to promote their own agenda and fight for what they believe is right. The TRUTH to this narrative is that when republicans stated that they were going to work to ensure Obama is a one term President, the media and DNC had conniptions as if this were the first time in the history of man a party would do such a thing.

But let's wind things back to the Bush Presidency when the media and the DNC went on an all out war on the Bush Presidency.....for going into Iraq. A decision that had the bi-partisan blessing of many Democrats. Remember, they were FOR the war before they were AGAINST it.

Let's also remember how Obama refused to even consider the minority while he rammed his Obamacare down their throats. Let's also remember how Obama willingly allowed the shutdown of the Government when Democrats were in the minority to prevent any meaningful budget deficit and tax reductions.

This notion that Democrats are civil is laughably false and the fodder of fools.

Turn the page forward now; what Democrats are doing isn't even remotely similar to the Republicans during Obamunsim. Today, they refuse to even sit at the table, a table Democrats in the majority never invited Republicans to. What evidence you might ask; none better than when Shameless Shumer refused to work with legislators on immigration reform and handed Trump a pen to draft his own EO. Shameless Shumer was admitting he wasn't going to even consider sitting down with Republicans to draft ANY legislation at ANY time while Trump is in office.

"RESIST" is the Democratic canard, and one cannot mistake what that means. It isn't merely disagreeing with and trying to make Trump a one term President, it is a declaration of war.

So please spare us with your simple mined cut and pastes screeds from uncivil liberal journalists who have the collective memories of a lemming and are massive hypocrites on steroids.
