Playing football as long as he did I know he knows what the n-bomb sounds like when it is dropped.

Rep. Heath Shuler is denying a report that he heard racial slurs

By The Associated Press

Rep. Heath Shuler, D-N.C., is denying a report that he heard racial slurs yelled from a crowd of angry health-care protesters outside the Capitol.

should be interesting to see nigel et al's spin on this....afterall, nigel chooses to believe his congress folks :)
Let me try to channel them...

What do you mean? That article yesterday says that all the video we found with what happened is only the short period when they weren't spewing hate! Yes, you heard that right! We thought we'd post video that doesn't say what we say they said, doesn't show it, and make sure that the video we use to "prove" our point is taken just after any such "hate" (or just before it)... He just didn't hear it right, we know they said it because it helped to pass legislation that everybody will love once they hear about it for the thirty-millionth time!

There's a $100,000 bounty on a video proving the accusation. I guess the lib-tards don't like the Negro College Fund.

either nigel hasn't seen this thread or he is running scared :)

What is it I am supposed to be scared of? Shuler says he heard people call Barney Frank a faggot but he wasn't with Lewis when the n-bomb incident occurred. Where's the beef?

You seem to have Heath Shuler confused with John Lewis, Emanuel Cleaver and Andre Carson. Let me help.

This is Heath Shuler:

This is John Lewis:

those three along with the "white" senator were mentioned and you said you believed them

nice try nigel, a bit dishonest, but good try nonetheless

I don't think I ever pointed to Shuler as proof that the incident occurred. I simply said that I believe Lewis, Cleaver and Carson.

By the by, your use of the passive voice (were mentioned by whom?) is quite revealing. You know full well that I never mentioned Shuler.

Let's see:

So, the tea baggers are innocent of using the n-word but the black members of Congress are guilty of lying?

As I said in another thread, if the Tea Baggers don't want to be branded as crazy racists, they should stop associating with crazy racists. It's fairly simple, really.

It's like anti-war protesters aligning with ANSWER and other crazy fuckers. No, not all anti-war protesters are crazy anarchists, but when you hang out with them you make it easy to get branded that way.

Check those photographs above. Does Shuler look black to you?

More:

So, the Tea Baggers are innocent of using racial epithets until proven guilty and black members of Congress and guilty of lying until proven innocent? That makes no sense. Presumptions of innocence and burdens of proof make sense in a court of law, but their application to the court of public opinion is stupid.
