No. Her beliefs and policies are not illogical or incoherent.

This is not a highly unusual set of racial beliefs, a large percentage of American Whites believed the same things about the White Race and openly said so, up to about 1960.


I understand her point of view. I don't think it is crazy.


I do not agree with her point of view on race. I don't think the differences between people based on their "Race" are anything important enough to even consider. The individual variances between people, the gausian distributions of talents and abilities, are not based in any way on skin tone, or hair type. And they are nearly universal and identical between the various "Races".
