i normally drive 20-30 over and am perfectly safe...the unfortunate who don't know how to drive should stick to speed limits

By the way, I'm dead serious about this. At least on roads that are considered highways. I drive however I feel comfortable. If that happens to be 90, I'm doing 90.

there is a stretch of state highway that goes by a local school where the speed limit is posted as 25 mph when children are present and people slow down because it is patrolled and enforced - those carpet commandos dart out to cross the highway sometimes
