Michigan congressman Fred Upton announced he has decided not to run for re-election......

Redistricting had resulted in incumbent Fred Upton running against incumbent Bill Huizenga in West Michigan......Upton had won applause from the left when he voted to impeach Trump, though it was less popular a move in the minds of the people who voted him into office.....

Trump endorsed his opponent, polls did not look good.......he is history.......

Good news for me since I live in the redistricted area.....
 
JPP Poster hasn't a fucking clue who this guy is and could not care much less what he does.


All I know is he is old and a Congressman.

That means there is a 99% chance that he is useless, corrupt and has done far more harm than good to America during his tenure.

No matter which useless party he is in.

That is all you know. Upton sometimes does the right thing and escapes the power of Trump. That is not permitted in Trump's GOP. He voted with Trump 80 percent of the time and fought to overturn the ACA.
