Republicans Aren’t Christians

Whether it’s fiscal austerity, Benghazi, or opposition to gun control, the Republican Party is remarkably disciplined. Day after day, press conference after press conference, Republican members of Congress speak from the same hymnal. But it’s not a Christian hymnal. While the Republicans claim to be true believers they actually eschew the moral teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.

I wouldn't say that they're not Christians...they just choose.to ignore a pretty significant section of Christ's teachings because it's inconvenient to think that social justice is indeed part of what Christ taught.

It's much easier to focus on individual sins that don't effect them...homosexuality, abortion, etc...

It's very funny that you say that, while republicans continue to outgive you social justice people when it comes to charity, you love charity, but love using other peoples money to do it, what a joke. Benghazi should be blowing up, but the government controlled media continues to be complicit in the cover up, and disinformation. Gun control in the manner that demodummies want is against constitutional rights, by the way Jesus was not a big fan of the tax collectors. He was against homosexuality and baby killing, lying and cheating the very staples of the democratic platform.

Let's take church out of the equation and see if all that charitable giving by the right still holds up.

Wue would still outgive, because liberals are only charitable with other peoples money. And the only reason you do that is for more power at the voting booth. The conditions for poor people get worse, and you still continue to give them just enough to come back to vote for you, you diseased liberal.

Yeah? So? How's that affect you? God can do the judging all on his own...he doesn't need your help. In fact, that's the way it's supposed to work...because God can fairly judge with the knowledge of a person's heart, mind and soul. You and I however, lack that ability.

You can't legislate sin away. People sin, every one of us. No sin is "better" than another...they are all equal under God's scrutiny. If you break one law, you've broken them all in God's eyes.
