Seems like Republicans are at it again.

In fact, this has been their modus operandi from Day one of the Obama administration.

Block, then complain, then lay the blame on the president.

So the loud, monotonous “block and blame game” is being played, this time over the tragedy in Benghazi, Libya.

Republicans in Washington are up in arms over what they say is the Obama administration’s lack of adequate security for the U.S. embassy where ambassador Christopher Stevens, Navy SEAL Glen Doherty and two others were killed in a terrorist attack on Sept. 11.

But are the “good ole boys” of the Grand Ole Party forgetting something incredibly important?

That these same harsh critics on the Hill voted against a bill that would have provided additional security for those serving at that demolished embassy in Benghazi, where our diplomats and security personnel lost their lives?

Even though the State Department has since said that “no reasonable security presence” could have stemmed the attack in Libya, the GOP continues their attack on Obama.

This reminds me of the 9/11 bill, officially called the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act, which was voted down repeatedly by Republicans—a bill to help sick first responders, after the GOP shamelessly milked that horrific attack of Sept. 11, 2001 as a political capital.
