Mark Harris defeated Dan McCready last November, but Pelosi is threatening to refuse to seat the election winner when the House convenes in January. She's also threatening to force a new election.

Pelosi and her partners in crime in the Democrat party are refusing to respect our sacred elections. This is a clear case of Pelosi and the Democrats trying to steal a House seat that was won by Republicans.

Where in the Constitution does it say the Speaker of the House can force a new election if their candidate loses the regular election? Pelosi thinks the Constitution isn't any more important than toilet paper.

Its ironic that for years your kind have been accusing Democrats of voter fraud, even though you could never find any. Now we actually have found voter fraud and it was perpetuated by none other than republicans. Who woulda believed!

"Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution states that each House shall be the judge of its own elections, returns, and Member qualifications. Section 4 permits Congress to make laws to alter state regulations concerning elections. As a result, the House or Senate have final authority to decide a contested election, superseding even a state legislature or court. Court cases have held that House decisions of contested elections cannot be brought to the courts on appeal, even to the US Supreme Court and even if they are political in nature."
