RFK Jr. Is Mulling “Joining Forces With Trump” Rather Than “Run the Risk of Enabling a Harris/Walz Presidency”

(ZeroHedge)—Just days after refuting reports that RFK Jr approached Harris for a cabinet position, his running mate, Nicole Shanahan just dropped a bombshell during a podcast that could change the race considerably.

Appearing on the ‘Impact Theory’ podcast (that was filmed yesterday), Shanahan said they are debating whether to stay in the race or drop out and join forces with Trump:

There’s two options that we’re looking at…

…and one is staying in, forming that new party, but we run the risk of a Kamala Harris and Waltz presidency because we draw more votes from Trump.

Or we walk away right now and join forces with with Donald Trump and explain to our base why we’re making this decision.”

I think this is gangbusters! I hope he backs Trump.

I hope RFKjr joins Trump's bogus brigade, that will help Harris.

Works for me.

Kennedy joining Trump does not remotely help the Regime....you are lying.
Listen Hawkeye10, if I'm wrong, that's not a lie. A lie is to deliberately tell something you know to be untrue.

The reason I think it will help Harris, is a number of independents who were going to vote for him will now vote for Trump.

it's brilliant.

let's watch the neocons who are actually fine with Kamala start making up reasons why it's bad.

"we don't want conspiracy theorists in our party" the neo-frumians would say.

ahh yes, the neocon fascists from the nineties who led America off a cliff.

the P.Nackers.

Project for The New American century.

During mid-1996, Kristol and Kagan co-authored an article in Foreign Affairs titled "Toward a Neo-Reaganite Foreign Policy" - referring to the foreign policy of President Ronald Reagan. In the article, they argued that American conservatives were "adrift" in the area of foreign policy, advocated a "more elevated vision of America's international role", and suggested that the United States' should adopt a stance of "benevolent global hegemony."<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_for_the_New_American_Century#cite_note-ForeignAff-20"><span>[</span>20<span>]</span></a> In June 1997, Kristol and Kagan founded the PNAC in order to advance the goals they had first laid out in Foreign Affairs, echoing the article's statements and goals in PNAC's founding Statement of Principles.<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_for_the_New_American_Century#cite_note-ryan-19"><span>[</span>19<span>]</span></a>

how does that help Harris?......
I misspoke, I'm dyslexic AF. and my mind often doesn't behave like I want it when it comes to the written word (normally, I wait a couple of minutes before I post, to catch errors, especially spelling errors, but I forgot to do that on this comment and this forum only gives 3 minutes to make corrections). What I meant to say was that if he does go with Trump, those who thought he was a liberal and were going to vote for him will now realize he's not a liberal, and will cast their vote for Harris. Before his move to Trump, they were going to vote for RFKjr, and that would help Trump because they would have been Harris votes (not all of them, but those who leaned liberal among the independents and centrist dems). Him going to Trump will bring them home. Sorry for the error.

CAVEAT: IF you are going to hold that against me in future posts, fuck you in advance. :)

Helps Trump and hurts Harris. Open those sleepy eyes.
That's not an argument. Please demonstrate with more clarity/detail, etc., your claim (you are claiming it doesn't help Harris, correct?).

I did so here:

True, but RFK never had a lot of votes to begin with. Any that he had were Pedo Don nutjobs.

If Trump loses in November, it won't be because he lost RFK nutjobs, but because he lost the majority Independent voters.

Well, consider that, though Biden won by 7 million votes, he actually only won by some 80k votes in two states, because of the electoral college. The EC gives Dems a disadvantage. so, since the vote will be decided by a small number of votes,. it's possible RFK's vote could decide the election, depending on the demographics of his vote, which is hard to figure out.
