The rich should be given more votes than the less well off. Those who paid no taxes whatsoever should be disfranchised. What I really think is it should be like a corporation, if you pay a million dollars in taxes you get a million votes.

On welfare ? No vote. And yes the FFs had sound thinking surrounding voting rights. One should have a material intetest. Parasites will only vote themselves a better teat.

Why ? Are only white people on some form of welfare ? They may mark the most by headcount but Im sure you will find every definable race represented on the various and sundry welfare logs. Its just a clean way to deliniate who should have a say in how their tax dollars are squandered.

Restricting the vote on a de facto class basis has a rich history in democracies, at least as far back as Athens. As everyone who went through middle-school and high-school history classes will tell you, American suffrage was once extended almost exclusively to white, property-owning males.

and it made sense at the time but land ownershiphas changed notably since then. So welfare serves a very comprable yardstick now.
