That's permitting. Your OP claimed that regulations would be ignored. There's nothing in the bill to suggest that Wisconsin is allowing FoxConn to 'pollute water' as you stated.

Sorry, Zippy, but it is permitting, not regulations, that FoxConn will be exempted from, so the State of Wisconsin isn't it allowing FoxConn to pollute. Your response?
