It would appear that lefties put forth a lot of effort to characterize all righties as alt right. I get it, this is political agenda, but it leaves me wondering who the regular right is in the eyes of lefties. Can any lefties explain to me what the difference is, from a lefty perspective, between alt right and regular right? Also, what percent of righties are alt right? Just your personal opinion will do if you don't have stats.

It is a question of degree and not that clear. Alts are proud and loud racists and anti-immigrants. They include Nazis, White power types, antisemitic, and other haters. The rightys hold many of the same views, but are less strident and pick and choose which hate beliefs they ascribe to. Generally, they are not that violent but they are surely rude and crude.
Just read the rightys on this board and see how nasty they are. The rightys are devoid of manners and are extremely angry. Perhaps the alt-right just acts more on it.

The Right is Civic Nationalist. The Alt-Right is White Nationalist. The Alt-Right is also a lot more sexist than the Right.
The percent of Righties that are Alt-Right is pretty small, maybe around 10%. However, that 10% has now become very influential in the direction that the Right is going.

I couldn't care less what "race" they are, if they can't go through the legal process to become LEGAL citizens, send them back.
