Devo, though tame by today's standards was on the leading edge of the new New Wave/Alternative rock movement in the late 70's early 80's. Contrary to what their critics might say...they were the best Campus band of that era. Their founding lead guitarist, Bob Casale died today. He had heart disease and I'm sad to say....he didn't whip it.
