From action hero, to romantic heartthrob to leading drama actor to comic he did it all and he did it superbly.
My personal favorite Douglas movie was “The Villain” in which he played a live action version of Wiley Coyote. Along with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ann Margret. That was Arnold’s second movie and it catapulted his career but the true star of the Movie was Douglas’s horse and Douglas. It was a comic masterpiece by Douglas.
