Rudy Giuliani has claimed that the suspension of his license to practice law in New York was part of a plot to silence him because he was so effective at arguing former President Donald Trump's election-fraud claims.

Giuliani appeared on the right-wing Newsmax network hours after an appelate court in New York suspended his law license on Thursday.

He went on to suggest that the suspension was a way of silencing him for "so effectively" arguing for Donald Trump's bogus claims the 2020 election had been stolen for him as a result of mass fraud.

​Giuliani's defenses to accusations of false statements were strikingly similar to the false statements themselves. The court quoted numerous statements by Giuliani, and carefully analyzed evidence showing that he knew the statements were false. As the court found, Giuliani "refers to hundreds of witnesses, experts, and investigative reports, none of which have been provided or identified, and an Excel spreadsheet, also not provided, purportedly listing the names of thousands of deceased voters who allegedly cast ballots in Michigan."

It seems Giuliani's defense of his law license was as devoid of evidence as his lawsuits to overturn the elections. Giuliani was given the opportunity to provide evidence to support his public claims but his failure to do so left the court no choice.

It lists very specific instances of when Giuliani lied to courts and the public. It also shows that Giuliani failed to provide any evidence in support of his claims. It pretty much decimates much of the arguments made by the Qnuts that the election was stolen by pointing to the evidence from the states that is in no way contradicted by the claims of Giuliani since he provides zero evidence. It's pretty damning about the "big lie" in that it goes into the evidence and shows that the evidence of fraud not only doesn't exist but the evidence points to the people promoting the election was fraudulent are the ones doing the lying.

His statements on this matter are quite compelling, and he also lists some of the evidence.

If Rudy was so effective at arguing former President Donald Trump's election-fraud claims, then why won't Trump pay him?????????????????
 
It appears cruddy Rudy was suspended based on evidence of conspiring with tRump to destroy the 2020 election and the insurrection that came with it based on lies as in treason.
