She hasn't been invited to the Grand ol' Party!

Look out Mittens! The pit bull's on the attack!

Mitt Romney hasn't invited Sarah Palin to the Republican convention and the Tea Party is livid, Newsweek reports.

"What galls the Tea Party activists is the sense that Romney represents a lost opportunity for their agenda of less government, flatter taxes, and constitutional restraint. Facing a vulnerable president saddled with a bad economy and a crisis in the public sector, they feel stuck with a guy served up by Republican elites who speaks conservatism with an establishment accent.

Jeepers - I guess they weren't as 'united' as they thought. Sucks to be them. :)

So Newsweek is pouncing on this eh? I am not surprised, they left objective journalism long ago.

Casual but accurate reporting is not "pouncing" as you imply. Sometimes the truth is simply interesting and hilarious. Many of us get that. You obviously have a hard on for a publication. I note that it is you that rejects objective journalism to the support of wild-eyed bullshit from your typical rightwing sources. Just what in the article has you upset, j-bird?

funny you should use the phrase "typical" when it comes to sourcing...Newsweek, is unabashed in its known liberal conjecture ever since they enveloped the Daily Beast into their folds. And this article is no different....heavy on speculation, heavy on conjecture, and supposed liberal advice for Romney, but falls flat when you take into account their support of the Obama campaign...I don't see one sentence in that entire 3 page diatribe of story telling, that attributes anything to the misleading title they head the garbage with...It might work for a less politically astute reader, but to me it is laughable, and should be in the tabloid section instead of anything resembling journalism...Because we all know by now in this country journalism is dead.

Many millions far smarter than you fully disagree with everything you just said. Agenda driven? That seems to be your forte'. The so-called drivel in the article? I note that you can't find anything in it to actually address or competently criticize. What a moran!!!!!! Keep your day gig, j-bird.
