Rule or ruin.

This describes perfectly what today's Trump cultists are engaged in and what they tried to do on January 6, 2021.

They are willing to destroy the government, unless they be allowed to construe and enforce the Constitution as they please.

Trumpers hate the government because it is founded upon the ideal of fairness and equality for everyone.

Two things they hate worse than anything.
 
We are definitely at a crossroads in our nation's history..

Five or ten years from now, America as we know it, may no longer exist if the Trumpers get their way.

The one thing I'm hanging my hopes on, is the moderate, centrist Republicans and the independent swing voters who refused to vote for Trump last time and who, hopefully will not forget why next time.

Trump has the Republican base locked up, but he cannot win the Presidency with only only the base.

Without moderates and independents, he has no chance.
