The state with the most government involvement in Health Care... Almost all the People of Hawaii are covered as mandated by the state!

Hawaii has employer based health care and not everyone is covered. Also, they tried to provide universal care to children and that failed.

He paid for the care directly, he had no insurance. He's one of the people that Obama desperately wants to cover because he'll die otherwise.
 
I don't think this really applies to Rush. Rush could travel with his own personal team of the best doctors in every field of medicine, and probably wouldn't notice the amount it would cost him to do so...

Actually, its the under 30 crowd that feel invincible, and frequently choose not to "waste" their money on health insurance who skew the statistics the most.

I agree with 3virgin, there's more 20somethings that don't want it than rich who don't have it.
