He didn't call anyone a phoney soldier except that one guy who lied about his military position. The liberals failed to smear this.
 
How about a little substance Beefy? I like to see what is behind such a well thought out comment.
Other than Rush solidly imbedded in the fight between the Left and the Right (I think the whole fight is like a bad divorce--where the kids suffer--and theMAJORITY are the kids.), he has a lot of good points for real freedom, induviduality and individual independance. Believe me--no liberial Democrat, and very few Republicans knows what those points feels like for theMAJORITY to achieve that for themselfs. Isn't it sad how most Americans do not know what freedom feels like? That is why we have no problem supporting things like S-chip and socialized health care. You can't have freedom, when over 1/2 of your earnigns go to a government----because, your not really working for yourself if you pay over 1/2 of your earnings to the government--are you? It is very sad we forgot how to be free, and how to be independent. Now, all we expect from our government is welfare, because you can't afford to be free?

I am so glad the lib Dems care so much about all of us (you have to be blind to believe that any rich elected official cares about us "theMAJORITY"--no matter what side of the fence they are on). They care for the childern so much, and we have heard that for over 50 years about how much they care, so it has to be true---right?. Yet, we still have a crappy public education system--and I as theMAJORITY am pretty sick of being cared for so much that I am friggen broke!!!

THE AMERICAN DREAM!!!!-----you have to be asleep to believe it---SO WAKE UP!!!--and fight socialism. If Rush was not around--we would all have a stamp on our foreheads right now.

theMAJORITY. Some advice - don't panic. Socialism will not come to the US from the outside. It may, if Americans wish it, evolve in the US. And if Americans wish it then it will be legitimate no? To reflect on your chosen nick - vox populi, vox Dei.

Don't BS me and the people. We are too smart for that. We all know socialism is forced down our throats in a incrimental mannor from within. Most socialistic leglislation is ramed in under the door, behind our backs. Who are you trying to BS with this "If Americans want it" crap. We would not be Americans if we wanted socialism--would we?

I understand your thoughts though--your not from here. You have not seen enough or learned enough yet. You can't tell a media driven hidden agenda or lie yet when you see it. It is not your fault. But--keep your eyes open, and learn a bit about what USA was suppose to be. What it used to be. What made this country the one you want to live in.

Rush Limbaugh is probably the least objective mouthpiece for neoconservatives (note, that's completely different from classical conservatism) alive on this planet today. He will willfully throw soldiers under the bus to protect his god W. He will lie, he will try to be outrageous at the expense of anyone who get in the way of him propogating more war, less social justice, and big neocon government.

He's not a conservative, and if you are (I dont know :rolleyes:) then he's not your guy.

The good news is that this is a long ass way from the sentiment of the MAJORITY and identification with the Republican Party is dwindling as fast as that snowball in hell.

I'm just so curious, I've never seen anyone make the claim that if it weren't for Rush Limbaugh we'd all be walking around with stamps on our heads.

I love these guys! They are so funny. But then I remember that they vote and that's...less funny.
 
Yeah the high rush fan count is another sign that we need a law forcing insurance compaines to cover mental illness as well.
