They're wasting their money. Once extreme leftists get their tentacles on city govt. it's near impossible to get it back. Their goal is to increase taxes on the remaining few that still pay taxes until the taxpayers are completely driven out leaving only dim voters. It's why virtually all cities are one party government shitholes.
