Sayings of the President

"I will absolutely apologize sometime in the distant future if I'm ever wrong."

"I watched in Jersey City, New Jersey, where thousands and thousands of people were cheering as that building was coming down."

“40 Wall street was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan - now it’s the tallest."

“Great president (Lincoln). Most people don’t even know he was a Republican. Does anyone know?" at a fundraiser for the Party of Lincoln.

"You like the F-35? You literally can’t see it. It’s hard to fight a plane you can’t see.”

“Didn’t you guys burn down the White House?” to the Canadian Prime Minister.

"I love the poorly educated."

And hundreds more. But maybe it's just a long-running joke. Is Trump only pretending to be as dumb as dirt? After all, he made billions from a "small loan of a million dollars" (he says).

What do you think?

[FONT=&quot]“The Continental Army suffered a bitter winter of Valley Forge, found glory across the waters of the Delaware, and seized victory from Cornwallis of Yorktown. Our army manned the air, it rammed the ramparts, it took over the airports, it did everything it had to do.” Trump 7/4/19

My favorite Trump lie was the one about getting the military a ten percent raise. Not only was it a lie on multiple fronts, but it was accompanied by an imaginary conversation in which he demanded that 'they' make it 10%.

"They had plenty of people that came up, they said, 'You know, we could make it smaller. We could make it 3%, we could make it 2%, we could make it 4%. I said, 'No. Make it 10%. Make it more than 10%.'"
Cause it's been a long time, it's been more than 10 years. Been more than 10 years, that's a long time"

It isn't easy to tell three lies AND a relate a completely made up conversation in just a couple of sentences. Pretty remarkable.

I hope this whine fest thread makes leftists feel better.

It doesn't make me feel any better that the most powerful man in the world has a knowledge base including the gem that there were airports circa 1780 (thanks for reminding me of that, Phantasmal - I guess).

Actually, if I were of a nervous disposition, it might alarm me. I hope somebody is keeping a close eye on him.

Daffy said he knew lots of people killed in 911. it was , of course, a lie to inject himself into the story. Trump does that.

Of course. At the same time he was in Jersey City watching thousands cheer, he was simultaneously over at the Towers helping the first responders. He has claimed that. WTF.

He was watching Jersey City cheering on TV . I was watching it as well . Except more like hundreds were cheering .

I know TV is all about watching things happen that never really happened. But you've blown right past "fiction" into "land of bullshit." lol

Never happened. Not even on Fox.

And last but not least, the debunked #COVID45 claim that he rushed to the site and helped first responders. He directly contradicts seeing the attacks on TV. Instead, he claims he saw the plane(s) hit and rushed to help.

""I was looking out of a window from a building at Midtown Manhattan directly at the World Trade Center when I saw a second plane at a tremendous speed go into the second tower. It was then that I realized the world was going to change. I was no longer going to be, and it could never, ever be that innocent place that I thought it was," Trump said.

"Soon after, I went down to Ground Zero with men who worked for me to try to help in any little way that we could," he continued. "We were not alone. So many others were scattered around trying to do the same. They were all trying to help.""

Trump is literally the stupidest president this great nation has ever had.

And its not just me saying it >>
‘Idiot,’ ‘Dope,’ ‘Moron’: How Trump’s own aides have insulted the boss

• Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said Trump had the understanding of “a fifth- or sixth-grader,”

• White House chief of staff John Kelly called Trump “an idiot” and said he thought the president was “unhinged,”

• Omarosa Manigault Newman, who was the highest-ranking African-American staffer in the West Wing, claimed that Trump is a “racist, misogynist and bigot.”

• Both Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and former chief of staff Reince Priebus called Trump an “idiot,”

• Former economic adviser Gary Cohn said Trump was “dumb as shit,”

• Former national security adviser H.R. McMaster said the president was a “dope,”

• Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon said in November 2017 that Trump was “like an 11-year-old child,”

• Former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in July 2017 called Trump a “moron,”

• At a dinner in July 2017, McMaster mocked Trump, also calling him an “idiot,”

• At the dinner, which was with Oracle CEO Safra Catz, McMaster also said Trump was a “dope” with the intelligence of a “kindergartner,”
