We all know that tRump wants to remain relevant and may announce a bogus run for POTUS in 2024. We also know that tRump wants to see Biden fail. It is also clear that tRump needs to raise money. All of these are certainly part of tRump's "Anti-America" voter fraud scam agenda, but it may not be the driver.

According to Scaramucci, what tRump is really after is to sew as much discord as possible in order to try and negotiate a Non Prosecutoral Agreement with the Biden Administration. Not too far fetched when you think about it. tRump will be facing tons of litigation very soon after leaving the White House, and would certainly benefit from such an agreement.

I thought of that, it’s not a crazy idea.... but Biden can’t absolve Trump* from NY State crimes.

What does Biden get out of it?

That “discourse” is already there, and Trump needs it to keep himself relevant with his base. I don’t think he’s worried about the legalities he faces, he is defiantly going to attempt to pardon himself, and put his army of accountants and attorneys on stalling any resulting lawsuits and the NY cases
 
Biden is a compromiser who does not seek conflict. He might go along if Trump says he will not raise crap from the outside. Then he will do it anyway, Pacts and deals expire when he walks out of the room. Biden will join Ford in a special kind of infamy.

Biden has no say over the states if they choose to pursue Trumps criminal activity. And I hope they do go after him because the weak ass Dems NEVER pursue justice...even for war criminals, likely because which many of them are as well.

I did not say that it should be considered. In fact, I hope that Biden doesn't give it one second of thought. That does not mean that it isn't tRump's master plan as "The Mooch" has suggested.

And here we go again setting terrible precedents. No war crime prosecutions and no Wall Street bankster prosecutions. Great! That will be a deterrent for future crimes. smfh
 
Right now, Biden is playing it smart. Keep the friction to a minimum and stay above the fray.
Once in office, the newly appointed Attorneys General will have a major input in what may follow.
