Seeds or no seeds?

I like the old fashioned seeded watermelon better. All things being equal (ripeness, condition, water content, etc.) the old fashioned ones have more flavor. The seedless type tend to be a little flat tasting because they are being forced to ripen before the seeds mature.

Unfortunately it's getting more difficult to find the old fashioned kind. And I can't grow my own - season is too short up here.
