You all remember this, the first of the Bill of Rights. The Framers put it first for a reason.

So some people decided they wanted to petition the government for redress of their grievance related to irregularities and worse involving a recent election and you would think that the Capital had been nuked.

So are we just crossing this Bill of Right out ? Certainly looks that way.

Everything right listed in the Constitution can be regulated, they all are, and always have been, in terms of petitioning, every grievance doesn’t have to aired, especially those that have been debunked elsewhere

This was a serious grievance, a thing that never before happened in America on many fronts.

2012 – the election was rigged (that’s why the black guy won again)
2016 – the election was rigged (that’s why he who can never lose lost the popular vote)
2020 – the election was rigged (that’s why he lost the popular vote and the electoral college)

Demonkkkrats don't recognize any of the Constitution anymore. They simply discard the entirety of it.

You need to understand that petitioning the government doesn’t mean a coup or a violent attack on the Capitol.
