Sekulov's hilarious tax return SCOTUS arguement. Time for Kav & Gorsuch to pay up.

It is hard to listen to Jay Sekulov's SCOTUS arguement on tRump's tax returns without busting out laughing. Sekulov argued that tRump having to spend 2-3 hours on the matter was simply too intrusive of tRumps time. Now, Sekulov didnt mention tRump's 4-5 hours of "Executive time" watching "Crocks and Feinds" or the countless hours tRump spends on the golf course.
Sekulov also failed to answer to the fact that the records are sought from 3rd parties (not tRump himself) and that if tRump was above being sued, how did the Clinton v Jones case ever come to fruition?
That said, a decision will come this summer and we will see how Kavanaugh and Gorsuch rule.

Right. You're referring to the distraction argument. Trump's position is that no one--not even Congress--has the right to request information from him.

There is a good chance that these Supremes will make trump even more Imperial. For the highest court to say daffy is above the law, will make him king. This is dangerous for the American experiment.

I think Congress wanting Trump's tax return is in the interest of the United States. If a President is getting payments from a foreign government we need to know.

Actually, Sekulov is making two arguments.
1. The presidents time is too valuable to waste.
2. The president cannot have legal action taken against him while in office.

A Democratic led Senate will put the chain's on him biggly.
