Sexuality is not black or white. . .

Sexuality is not black or white. One is generally not gay or straight. Often people resist this idea because physical attraction to the same sex is such a taboo, and it my contention that many people automatically repress any such feelings.

Sexual identification is more like most everything, on a scale. People generally fit on a spectrum of sexual attraction. There are some who are truly on one side of the scale... purely and totally heterosexual, while there are few on the other side truly and totally homosexual. Most fall somewhere in between. Most people will not admit to anything but being on an extreme, even to themselves.

I gather this is your opinion. I have not seen literature that would indicate mixed is "most"
Of course I have not read much of a percentage of the Library of Congress.

Personally, and I know that everyone is different... I have always been mostly attracted to women, but on a couple ocasions Ive met men who were attractive to me....

I did not decide anything, thats just the way I am. Ive also not "chosen" anything other than to be married in a monogmous relationship. If she were to die, I dont suspect my dating future would be much differnt than it was before I met her.

So are you going to answer my question about being as much a sinner, in your moral code, as a gay person?

i sorta disagree with the OP. It seems a little bit too drum-circle-y.

this isn't something that can really be quantified, or examined statistically. Is it possible for some people to be on a spectrum? Sure. But to suggest that the vast majority of people are somewhere in the middle of a sexuality spectrum with only a few people on the ends of "true gay" and "true straight" is pure speculation and not backed up by any evidence.
