I did a side job installing a new receptacle circuit in a home in Sun City (55+ community). Not a Biden sign in sight. Did see quite a few Trump signs...

Yes it is! Same thing in my neighborhood and it's a non-HOA one. Only seen Trump signs. The one Prop 208 (tax the snot out of "the rich" and small businesses to give more to schools) / Biden supporters I've seen on Nextdoor the neighborhood website, got royally slammed for supporting both by virtually every respondent in easily 30+ responses.
