Another pay off to pass a decision? The problem here is that the two merging causes genuine concern that such would eliminate competition thus drive up the price. The tribunal approved the merger but never stated how it would promote competition and not drive up the price. Gee I wonder why that is, and when the price gets driven up because there is no competition and citizens are left flipping the bill as I highly suspect because there is no accountability for such a decision, accountability is where? There is none ... This look like a pay off to me because again there is no justification or explanation of how the two merging will encourage competition and not drive up the price. With WEF useful idiots in office appointing so called justices of the peace, how could even the supreme court be trusted these days to overturn an unjustified / hidden decision?
