It's tough for public figures to win libel cases since 70 years ago the Supreme Court wrote a law that says a public figure victim must show the accuser essentially lied on purpose. But that may well be the case here. Ford has become a liberal icon and has a chance now to make millions off her evidence-less accusations. If kav can show the DNC paid her....

I hope kav sues her into bankruptcy.

If Kavanaugh sues the woman, he would be subject to testifying himself.
There's no way he'd have the balls to subject himself to that.

Imagine the dimwittedness and fundamental absence of morality in any lowlife that would support him.
If they're not too diseased physically, I suppose they could be useful as landfill.

Because the asshole being supported is just a slug like you but with a college education.

BS. Kav would welcome the chance to clear his name. He would have nothing to lose except all the evidence-less accusations libs have made against him.

Kavanaugh's name is well beyond clearing.
He's been exposed by more and more credible accusers.

If he makes it to the court, the court will lose credibility with all decent and intelligent citizens.
You can't check either box, unfortunately.
