Should Kayleigh McEnany be prosectuted?

Let's be clear. Kayleigh is not the WH Press Secretary because of talent. Simply put, she is another "hottie" that tRump keeps nearby to "sniff" around on. Pretty much the same role that Hope Hicks occupies. After all, Melania isn't getting any younger.

Now to the point. Earlier in the week, Kayleigh deflected a question from "Foxnoise" about the Trump administration sharing intelligence with the Biden transition team. McEnany said that was really a question for the White House, but she couldn't answer it right now because at that moment, on the air, she was appearing as a member of the Trump campaign. Now, it is common knowledge that you cannot work for the White House and the Campaign at the same time. As such, Kayleigh is certainly guilty of defrauding the government and should be held accountable. Maybe a fine. Maybe a jail sentence. But she should be held accountable.
 
(sigh) I can't make up my my mind on who I want beheaded first, Kellyanne Conway or Kayleigh McEnemy. (maybe behead one and burn the other at the Stake?)

That may be just a bit extreme....lol
I cannot believe that she was dumb enough to admit on camera that she was commiting a crime. Then again, we have "dumb blonde jokes" for a reason.

I'm curious to see if legal action will be taken on any of the Trump staffers. Rudy's crazy lies might be subject to civil suit. Bill Barr might face prosecution for abuse of power.

While Trump's antics might be covered by Executive privilege, his staff probably aren't. One reason Trump has been firing so many people lately is because they won't do anything illegal for him.
