Should Marjorie Taylor Greene be expelled from Congress for Sedition?

... a lot of them should already have been kicked out for being co-conspirators in T****'s coup attempt

but openly calling for another civil war is waaay beyond the pale

keep in mind the midterms are just 10 months away..... mobilizing radical right wing domestic terrorists?

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT "SEDITION" YOU THINK THAT TWEET REPRESENTS.

IS THIS ANOTHER TERM YOU PLAN TO IGNORANTLY THROW ABOUT ,LIKE "INSURRECTION", WITHOUT A CLUE OF WHAT IT REALLY MEANS.

SHE IS AN ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE THE PEOPLE; THE STALIN-O-CRATS CANNOT "EXPELL" HER.

Should OP eat 10 million dicks?

Obama set free the last criminal convicted of sedition in the US.

He blew up innocent people in a restaurant, but Obama set him free.

High time for a hanging, I think -- and not Pence, either.

and to this day, her mentor T**** is hanging out at his private resort doing god knows what and clearly orchestrating another coup attempt

and his entire family, all of them multiple felons, are living opulent lives and still haven't been indicted for crimes that would have earned anyone else loooong sentences, most evil family in America

Congress has no authority to even charge, much less convict.

THat is what the justice system does.

You need a criminal conviction.

oops...

Under Article I, Section 5, clause 2, of the Constitution, a Member of Congress may be removed from office before the normal expiration of his or her constitutional term by an "expulsion" from the Senate (if a Senator) or from the House of Representatives (if a Representative) upon a formal vote on a resolution agreed to by two-thirds of the Members of that body present and voting. While there are no specific grounds for an expulsion expressed in the Constitution, expulsion actions in both the House and the Senate have generally concerned cases of perceived disloyalty to the United States, or the conviction of a criminal statutory offense which involved abuse of one's official position. Each house has broad authority as to the grounds, nature, timing, and procedure for an expulsion of a Member. However, policy considerations, as opposed to questions of authority, have appeared to restrain the Senate and House in the exercise of expulsion when it might be considered as infringing on the electoral process, such as when the electorate knew of the past misconduct under consideration and still elected or re-elected the Member.

I demand that no Congressional representatives of the people be removed without a criminal conviction.
