This would be a great way to end the gun control debate:
1. Make firearm training mandatory in all schools
2. Ban people from advocating gun control (e.x. in the media) - advocating gun control is no longer protected as "frees peach"; people who advocate it are charged with treason and imprisoned, groups which advocate gun control are labeled as terrorist organizations.
Simply eliminate people in America (and eventually other Western European nations, when their irrelevant, archaic "media" is completel dwarfed by America's traditional and social media market dominance) who promote it, and there is no longer any "debate" - problem solved
(The exception would be advocating gun control for "demographics" known for high rates of violence; e.x. we don't want some black person touting a gun around because he wants to look "gangsta", but that's about it).
